Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Operator and become a vital part of our fast-paced warehouse environment! In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling materials, managing inventory, and supporting daily distribution operations.

Duties

- Operate DOUBLE REACH forklift, i to move pallets, containers, and materials throughout the warehouse( COLD ENVIRONMENT)
- Perform accurate order picking using warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols and ergonomic standards
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts
- Assist with inventory management by organizing stock, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring proper storage practices
- Support the loading and unloading of trucks, verifying shipments against documentation for accuracy
- Maintain a clean,



organized workspace by following safety guidelines and reporting any hazards or equipment malfunctions

Requirements

- Proven experience operating forklifts
- Mechanical knowledge or background is highly desirable for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and inventory management systems
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Solid attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for order picking and stock management
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
