Part-Time Front End Customer Service Associate

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and confident team member to join our shop in a part time front end customer service position.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being dependable and professional.

What we’re looking for:

- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Confident speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Strong computer skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Able to open and close the shop
- Must be available Saturdays

Please note:

This position requires daytime and Saturday availability and is not suitable for students.

Responsibilities may include:





- Greeting and assisting customers
- Answering phones and taking orders
- Processing payments and using computer/POS systems
- General front end organization, cleaning and customer service
- Opening and closing duties
