​We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Crew Member to join our team at the New York Fries location in Woodgrove Mall, Nanaimo. As the face of our brand, you will provide exceptional customer service, prepare our signature fresh-cut fries and gourmet poutines to perfection, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment. Whether you are greeting guests at the cash register or working the fry station, you play a key role in delivering a great guest experience. ​Key Responsibilities ​Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, handle cash and digital transactions, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. ​Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare fresh-cut fries, toppings, and poutines following food safety, quality, and portion standards. ​Kitchen Maintenance: Operate fryers and kitchen equipment safely while keeping workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift. ​Sanitation & Safety: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including routine cleaning of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment. ​Teamwork:



Support fellow team members and supervisors during peak hours to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. ​Qualifications & Requirements ​Experience: No prior restaurant experience is necessary—full, hands-on training is provided.
