Overview Join our dynamic team as a Crude Oil Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our crude oil processing facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment such as pumps, valves, compressors, and boilers involved in crude oil processing. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including low voltage controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and motor drives to minimize downtime. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control diagrams to accurately diagnose issues. Conduct inspections of mechanical components, HVAC systems, welding joints, and other infrastructure to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document maintenance activities, track asset history, and schedule future work. Support industrial electrician tasks by replacing wiring, installing recent electrical components,



and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards. Collaborate with operations teams to analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements for optimal manufacturing output. Maintain a high standard of customer service by communicating effectively with team members and providing technical support when needed. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing or energy sectors, especially involving crude oil or similar processes. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low voltage systems. Skilled in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and control system documentation. Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, welding techniques, boiler operation, and general mechanical repairs. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and asset management. Excellent analysis skills to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently. Ability to work safely following industry standards and environmental regulations. Fluency in English is required for effective communication across teams.
