Duties
- Lead engaging Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times
- Develop customized workout plans to meet individual client needs and fitness objectives
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure correct posture and movement execution
- Motivate clients by offering positive feedback and encouragement throughout each session
- Monitor client progress and adjust exercises accordingly to maximize results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio workplace conducive to focused practice
- Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices to continually enhance class quality
Qualifications
- Proven experience teaching Pilates or similar movement-based fitness classes
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and proper exercise form
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct diverse clients
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized program (preferred) but not mandatory if equivalent experience is demonstrated
