Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise will contribute to efficient production processes, ensuring safety, precision, and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines with precision and adherence to technical specifications.
- Utilize Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to program, troubleshoot, and optimize machine functions.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately to ensure correct machining and assembly processes.
- Perform welding tasks using appropriate techniques to meet quality standards.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices for quality control inspections and precise measurements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing floor, including packaging finished products efficiently.
- Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, tolerances, and process adjustments as needed.
- Support assembly tasks using CAD software such as SolidWorks for part design verification when required.
- Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials or finished products within the facility.




- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with machinery, tools, and materials.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with CNC programming, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar machining equipment.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls and PLC systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use measuring tools like calipers effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes, machining techniques, and assembly procedures.
- Experience operating forklifts and understanding warehouse safety standards is a plus.
- Skilled in welding techniques and basic math calculations relevant to manufacturing tasks.
- Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar design tools is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout production stages.
- Prior experience in manufacturing environments involving packaging, hand tools use, or warehouse operations is preferred.

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
