Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company recipes and customer preferences, ensuring freshness and quality at all times
- Operate the Micros POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for order processing, cash handling, and transaction management
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking their orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food preparation area, including proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality or accuracy
- Restock ingredients, condiments,



and supplies regularly to keep the station organized and fully equipped
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation practices and safe food handling techniques

Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and work in a rapid-paced environment
- Restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
