- Enjoy discussing and selling hair packages/memberships and beauty products
- Support a team of hair stylists and beauty technicians

You Must Have:

- The ability to work weekends (Fridays through Sunday) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
- 1-2 years of professional experience applying makeup
- A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
- Salon experience an asset
- Strong technical skills and experience using a Mac computer

Job Responsibilities:

- As the first and last impression for the Guest, you are a Blo brand ambassador
- Scheduling appointments, answering calls, responding to emails and texts
- Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
- Perform makeup applications on guests from Blo’s Signature Makeup Menu, in addition to custom makeup applications, including Bridal
- Become a product knowledge expert of Glo Skin Beauty/Bare Minerals (Blo Blow Dry Bar’s chief makeup partner)
- Participation in routine up-training and skill advancement

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
