We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Labourer to join our client’s small, collaborative team in an industrial warehouse environment. This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and supporting day-to-day yard operations, including material handling, physical labour, and inventory support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist crane operators with the safe movement and placement of materials
- Secure and unsecure loads by applying and removing straps
- Perform general inventory duties, including counting, organizing, and tracking materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols at all times
- Support the team with additional general labour tasks as required

Qualifications:

- Criminal background check required
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience required
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods




- Robust attention to detail with a focus on safety
- Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive attitude

Shifts: 6am-2pm for 2 weeks, then 11am-7pm for 2 weeks, then back to 6am-2pm for 2 weeks
