Goldview Property Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced candidate to fill the position of Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk.
We are seeking candidates with the following experience, skills, and qualifications:
- Experience with A/P & A/R in a real-estate setting;
- Experience with Bookkeeping in a real-estate setting;
- Experience with understanding and preparing Financial Statements;
- Experience with G/L entries;
- Proficient with CondoManger Software;
- Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Office, and MS Outlook; and
- Proficient in MS Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
