We are a up-to-date dental clinic located in Richmond and have been servicing the community for 8 years. We are a general practice but also provide services in the following areas: Implants, Invisalign and Botox.
Our practice is growing and we need another receptionist to assist in our day to day operations. This position is 5 days a week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays from 845am-515pm/Closing.
About the Job:
The job entails the duties of a dental receptionist which include but are not limited to:
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering and responding to all phone calls and emails
- Insurance billing
- Insurance breakdowns and pre-determinations
- Account receivables
- Recare calls
- Basic administrative duties
Dental and extended health advantages will be made available after the 3 month probation period. Korean speaking is an asset.
Job Types: Part time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
