Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Practicing Lawyer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in various legal proceedings. Your proactive approach and strong research skills will ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services across our practice areas. You must practice Real Estate for at least 3 years.

Duties

- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations related to real estate, family law, immigration, and small claims matters
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation and strategy
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence with clarity and precision
- Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements or agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations,



or negotiations with professionalism and confidence
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide current and effective legal advice
- Register Charge, Transfer, Discharge and Notices
- Title Search

Skills

- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as LexisNexis for case law and statutory interpretation
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients’ interests
- Excellent research abilities to gather pertinent information swiftly and thoroughly
- Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear, concise legal documents and correspondence
- Solid understanding of legal drafting techniques to produce accurate contracts, pleadings, and other legal materials
