GENERAL MANAGER – HOSPITALITY

After 20 years of operating in one of Ontario’s busiest tourism destinations, we’re continuing to grow — and we’re looking for strong General Managers for current and future locations.

Someone who knows how to hire great people, develop managers, build culture and hold standards.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our concepts range from high-volume quick service to cafés and restaurants. Blue Mountain is highly seasonal, incredibly busy and operationally demanding — which makes it an exciting environment for the right hospitality leader.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Lead and develop a team
- Recruit, hire and retain great people




- Build strong operating systems and standards
- Manage labour, food cost, inventory and profitability
- Create exceptional guest experiences
- Work directly with ownership and have a real voice in the business
- Grow with the company as we open and develop additional locations

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You may currently be a General Manager, Senior Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager or experienced hospitality operator ready for your next step.

You can organize a team before the rush, lead during it and figure out what went wrong afterward.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
