Afternoon Caretaker shift:

- 3-4pm till 10-11pm

Work setting

- Apartment/condominium complex

Responsibilities:

Tasks

- Maintain clean, pleasant environment in all common areas.
- Communicate with residents
- Administration duties such as email client's communications, fobs' adjustments, move-in, move-out notices, etc.
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- Perform safety and security checks
- Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Work with minimal supervision

Knowledge and skills

- The ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with tenants,



maintenance staff and contractors.
- The ability to resolve issue that may occur to maintain smooth building operations.
- The ability to coordinate and communicate tasks to contractors .
- The ability to inspect the overall appearance and conditions of the building and detect deficiencies.
- The ability to maintain clean and pleasant living environment.
- The ability to manage list of responsibilities and set priorities.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.50 per hour
