Full-time, Year-round - Positions being hired include:

· General Manager

· Assistant General Manager

· Bar Manager

· FOH Manager

· Kitchen Manager

· Supervisors

Ideal candidates:

· Have experience in the restaurant and/or hospitality industry

· Must have food handling and management experience

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling to ensure efficiency and quality.




- Lead and manage a team of staff members, including interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and cohesive work environment.
- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations and food industry standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain high standards in food presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Assist with restaurant management tasks such as inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Support bartending or barista functions when needed to ensure seamless service across all areas of the establishment.
- Implement operational procedures that promote hospitality excellence while adhering to food safety regulations.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
