Responsibilities

- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them in locating produce items or answering questions about products.
- Stock, organize, and rotate produce displays to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the produce area, including cleaning shelves, bins, and equipment regularly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to reorder stock as needed.
- Implement merchandising strategies to highlight seasonal items or promotional displays effectively.
- Ensure all produce is properly labeled with pricing and quality standards are upheld throughout the shift.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment; forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with shoppers and team members.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing stock levels, cleaning schedules, and display setups.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy boxes, standing for extended periods, and bending or reaching frequently.
- Basic cashiering skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are advantageous.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
