We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our team long term. For this role, experience is really important, as we have a lovely base of regular customers who appreciate consistency, quality, and a genuinely good cup of coffee every day. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating a warm and welcoming experience for customers.
You’ll often be working independently, so it’s important to feel confident in your skills and comfortable managing the bar on your own. This position is best suited for someone looking for something long term.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience required
- Confident in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Latte art skills are a bonus ✨
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks
- Create a welcoming experience for every guest
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Serve and pack our baked goods.
Pay
- $17.60/hour base
- With tips, average earnings are around $25/hour
