The Sheraton Hamilton is currently recruiting for a Part Time Hospitality Attendant. This postings is for an existing position.

HOURS: Shifts will vary depending on operational requirements. Mainly evening, weekends and holidays. Generally four shifts per week, four hours per shift.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

- Greet guests
- Monitor guest usage of the Club Lounge ensuring only Club level guests have access
- Set-up Continental Breakfast/Hors d’oeuvres displays
- Serve food and beverage as requested
- Set up lounge area
- Clear/clean lounge as needed
- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete
- Maintain stock of all Club Lounge supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of the area

QUALIFICATION

- Grade 12 education preferred
- Smart Serve Certification an asset




- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length
- Must be able to lift trays of beverages or food items weighing up to 30 pounds on a regular and continuing basis
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment
- Good communication skills required
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Previous serving experience preferred
