Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary, collaborative, and mission-driven Executive Administrator to serve as the operational anchor and a visible community leader for our centre. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and build powerful partnerships with external stakeholders. You will work closely with our Board of Directors to turn our strategic vision into impactful community programming.

Core Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operation, facilities management, and administrative workflows of the community centre.

- Manage and execute diverse programming including education, employment, wellness, recreation, and after-school initiatives.

- Serve as a visible community leader following the centre's mandate and fostering an inclusive, welcoming workplace.

- Assist with financial accountability, budget management, and operational efficiency.

- Manage, mentor, and support centre employees, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture.

- Liaise and facilitate collaboration with the Board of Directors and various standing committees.

- Provide regular operational updates financial insights, and programmatic reports to the Board.

Build and maintain strong relationships with various government agencies and affiliated community partners.

Navigate government funding streams, grant reporting requirements,



and compliance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience, preferably in non-profit management, community administration, social work, or a related field.

- Business Administration program or at least min of three years post secondary education in a related field

- Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable populations, low-income families, or community support frameworks.

- knowledgeable with accounting, reporting, budgeting, grant writing, experience with Sage, Microsoft office and Excel

- must be bondable and be able to provide code of conduct and vulnerability check
