Job Overview: We are seeking a warehouse and customer service associate to join our team. This position will be a hybrid role and involves warehouse responsibilities, like picking orders, delivering product, and operating the forklift, as well as spending time on the customer service desk, taking orders, answering customer calls and helping service our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize the warehouse management system to accurately track inventory and manage orders
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts to load, unload, and move batteries
- Pick orders according to customer specifications and package them for shipment
- Build pallets and secure them for safe transportation
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including inspecting incoming shipments and verifying documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workplace
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Entering orders
- General customer service

Qualifications:

- Ideally, a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a wholesale distribution environment.




- Must be computer literate and knowledge of any ERP system would be an asset.
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and coworkers
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment.
- Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
- Solid problem solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Battery and solar experience would be an asset.

Pay: $60,000 to $65,000

Expected hours: 40 per week
