Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to accurately assess repair needs and costs
- Prepare detailed, transparent repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, timelines, and costs to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or parts that benefit the customer and the shop
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently and accurately
- Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, repairs,



and customer interactions for accountability and follow-up

Requirements

- Proven dealership experience in estimating or bodyshop operations
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or automotive repair background
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, damage assessment, and repair procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Experience in sales, cash handling, and managing financial transactions accurately
- Knowledge of automotive estimating software and industry standards is preferred
