We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant to manage duties such as;

> Purchasing ~ manage the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring we receive the best value, quality, and timely delivery to support our operational needs
> Scheduling ~ coordinating staff, resources, and tasks, with duties like creating shift rosters, managing appointments, allocating equipment, and ensuring operational flow
> Administrative duties ~ like data entry, record-keeping

Qualifications;

> Computer proficient (Excel, Word, spreadsheets, etc)
> WrightPlan knowledge is an asset but not mandatory
> Strong organization skills, works well with a team, strong communication skills, friendly and out-going
> Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs, deliveries
> Experience in a maintenance environment would be a definite asset

Full-time hours ~ $22/hour - $26/hour based on experience
