Job Description:

- Welcoming our global guests and managing bookings using our property management software.
- Strong focus on sales, guest experience and helping to resolve any guest issues (as well as accepting lavish praise and compliments!).
- Becoming an expert at every detail of our specialized front desk operations.
- Helping to train new front desk staff.
- Shifts are typically 8am to 4pm and 2pm to 10pm.

- Significant hotel or hostel front desk experience.
- Interested in hostels and travel culture.
- Flexible, organized problem solver who enjoys managing new situations on an ongoing basis.
