We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

- Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Execute repairs and maintenance on various systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications





- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the relevant industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment is essential.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
