Resident Services Coordinator / Concierge – Luxury Rental Building
Location: Vancouver, BC
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Salary: $47,840–$56,160 per year, based on experience
Additional compensation: Staff accommodation at a nearby Lionsgate property is included

About the Position
Lionsgate Communities is seeking a polished, reliable and hands-on Resident Services Coordinator / Concierge for Flamingo, a premium rental property in Vancouver.
This highly visible position combines white-glove resident service with the practical care and daily operation of the building. The successful candidate will take ownership of the resident experience, follow requests through to completion and help maintain an immaculate, secure and welcoming environment.
The position includes front-desk service, building inspections, access control, package management, routine cleaning, minor repairs and suite-readiness support. Following Flamingo’s initial lease-up, the role will also include ongoing leasing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, discreet and attentive service to residents, prospective residents and guests.
- Respond promptly to resident questions and service requests, coordinate the appropriate response and follow up to confirm completion.
- Manage visitor, contractor and delivery access in accordance with building procedures.
- Receive, record, store and release packages and deliveries.
- Issue and track authorized keys, fobs and other access devices.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, amenity reservations, deliveries and contractor arrivals.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the lobby, elevators, corridors, amenity spaces and other common areas.
- Conduct regular building inspections and document safety, cleanliness and maintenance concerns.
- Follow identified deficiencies through to completion.
- Complete basic, non-licensed repairs and touch-ups within the position’s training and authorization.
- Coordinate contractor access and confirm that work areas are left clean, secure and presentable.
- Assist with suite inspections, turnover preparation, cleaning, minor touch-ups and move-in readiness.
- Respond calmly and professionally to noise complaints, access issues, alarms and other incidents.
- Follow established emergency and escalation procedures.
- Maintain accurate resident, prospect, availability, access and leasing records.
- Protect residents’ personal and confidential information.
- Following the initial lease-up, respond to rental inquiries, conduct showings, assist with applications and lease documentation, and coordinate new move-ins.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least three years of relevant experience in residential property operations and concierge or hospitality services.
- Experience in a premium rental building, condominium, hotel or private-residence setting is preferred.
- Previous residential leasing experience, including inquiries, showings, applications, lease documentation and move-in coordination.
- A polished, professional presence and a strong commitment to personalized service.
- Practical experience maintaining high standards of building cleanliness and presentation.
- Ability to safely complete basic minor repairs and touch-ups.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle concerns and difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong organization, reliability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, access-control systems and property-management or resident-service software.
- Working knowledge of the British Columbia Residential Tenancy Act, human-rights requirements and privacy requirements, or the ability to learn and apply them promptly.
- First-aid or emergency-response training is an asset.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Consistently available for the Monday-to-Friday schedule.
