You will spend your day interacting with customers, working alongside your team, and building valuable communication and customer service experience along the way.
Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate:
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Start natural conversations to understand customer needs and preferences
- Introduce customers to featured products and highlight what makes them useful and relevant
- Answer questions and help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Create a positive customer experience from the first conversation through to purchase
- Represent our company professionally at each location
- Work closely with team members to keep daily activities running smoothly
- Attend training and team meetings to stay up to date on products and daily priorities
Qualities We Appreciate:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is an asset, but not required
