General Job Summary:

The Office Agent is responsible for expedite and route movement of incoming and outgoing cargo and freight shipments.



This position requires dealing directly with customers to ensure that their shipments are delivered within the most productive time-frame at the most effective cost.

Requirements

- Prior Customer Service experience
- Prior Transportation/Air Freight experience is preferred
- Clean criminal background search
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain Airport Clearance
- High school diploma
- Post secondary completed (in progress)
- Knowledge in logistics is an asset

Schedule: Monday- Friday
