Our team develops and sources a wide variety of consumer products, with a growing focus on personal care, beauty, and cosmetic products.

We work closely with our manufacturing partners from initial product development and sampling throughpackaging, production, quality control, and final delivery.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Junior Production Coordinator to join our team in Laval and support our growing Personal Care & Beauty division.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, a genuine interest in the beauty and personalcare industry, a good understanding of cosmetic and personal care products, and keeps up with currentand emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with our Production and Product Development teams, you will assist with the developmentand production of personal care and beauty products from initial concept through final production.

Responsibilities include:

Communicating daily with manufacturers in China regarding product development, orders, samples,and production status

Assisting with the development of personal care, beauty, and cosmetic products

Researching and staying informed about

current and emerging beauty, cosmetic, personal care,

packaging, and retail trends

Creating and managing orders in our internal production system, PLG (training provided)

Sending purchase orders to factories and following up on production progress

Reviewing product samples for appearance, packaging, quality, fragrance, texture, colour, and overallpresentation, as applicable

Reviewing, organizing, and preparing product samples for internal and customer meetings

Assisting with the preparation of product presentations for our Sales team

Completing customer quotation sheets and product information

Reviewing packaging artwork, price tickets, labels, ingredient information, warnings, directions, andproduct content for accuracy





Assisting with the collection and organization of product specifications, testing reports, and otherrequired product documentation

Conducting quality-control inspections on TOP, advertising, and E-commerce samples before theyare submitted to customers

Maintaining and updating the Production Log on a weekly basis

Preparing and shipping sample packages using DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator

Tracking incoming and outgoing samples and parcels

Assisting with company social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Working closely with the Production, Product Development, and Sales teams on ongoing projects

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience

in production coordination, productdevelopment, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, wholesale, importing, retail, or a related field

Knowledge and a good understanding of cosmetics, beauty, and personal care products

Genuine interest in the beauty and cosmetics industry

Awareness of current beauty and personal care trends, including recent products, ingredients, packaging, colours, fragrances, and emerging trends

Good eye for product presentation, packaging, colour, and overall aesthetics

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn

Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable communicating with overseas manufacturers and suppliers

Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines

Collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude

Computer Skills Required:

Microsoft Excel

Language Requirements

Because this position involves regular communication with overseas manufacturers:

English: Fluent written and spoken English required

French:

Compensation Salary: $45,000–$52,000 per year , depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
