Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

- Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications.
- Monitor safety protocols rigorously, conducting regular site inspections to promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify accuracy and facilitate clear communication among teams.
- Utilize company systems to track progress, update schedules, and document project milestones.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in construction environments with a strong understanding of site management practices.
- Extensive construction experience with knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.




- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents.
- Ability to perform detailed quality control checks and enforce strict safety standards on-site.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
