Good + Natural is a locally owned and operated health and wellness retailer that has been part of the Steinbach community for over 30 years. We are a growing, family-owned business with a team that cares about our customers, our community and the work we do together.

We're looking for a full-time E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our online store and ensure it remains an accurate, reliable and customer-friendly extension of our retail store.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys technology, problem solving, organization and figuring out how things work. It's also a role with plenty of variety — from products and promotions to website improvements, customer experience, Google and performance analysis.

You don't need to know every platform we use on day one. We're looking for someone who is resourceful, curious, detail-oriented and comfortable learning new systems independently.

What You'll Do

As our E-commerce Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our online store.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and maintaining our BigCommerce website.
- Creating and maintaining accurate online product listings, descriptions and product information.
- Managing product images, categories, brand pages and online merchandising.
- Coordinating online promotions with our Marketing, Purchasing and Category Management teams.
- Managing Google Merchant Center and product-feed health.
- Maintaining good SEO practices and monitoring Google Search Console.
- Monitoring website traffic, conversion, sales, gross margin and other key e-commerce measures.
- Managing online customer-service inquiries and resolving website and order issues.
- Troubleshooting problems involving the website, products, inventory, promotions and system integrations.




- Working with developers and software providers when additional technical expertise is required.
- Monitoring shipping costs and their impact on e-commerce profitability.
- Maintaining e-commerce procedures and documentation.
- Identifying practical ways to improve the website, customer experience and efficiency of our e-commerce operations.

You'll work closely with our Marketing, Category Management, Purchasing, Shipping, Operations and Finance teams to make sure what's happening throughout Good + Natural is represented accurately and effectively online.

- Looks for opportunities to improve processes and find better ways of doing things.
- Has strong written communication and customer-service skills.
- Brings a positive, team-oriented approach to their work.

Experience in e-commerce, website management, digital retail or a related field is preferred.

Experience with platforms such as BigCommerce, Lightspeed, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics,



Google Search Console, Canva or SEO would be an asset, but experience with every platform is not required.

A strong ability to learn, problem solve and adapt is more important to us than checking every technical box.
