Canter Coffee is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Barista to join our team!
Position: Barista
Hours: Approximately 30 hours/week
Starting wage: $18/hour + tips
Locations: Sunderland + Cannington, Ontario
Availability: Must be flexible to work at both Canter Coffee locations
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is dependable, punctual and takes pride in showing up for their team
- Is warm, friendly and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Can work confidently and independently in a rapid-paced environment
- Is comfortable learning espresso drinks, food prep and daily café operations
- Keeps a clean, organized workspace and notices what needs to be done
- Is willing to work between both our Sunderland coffee trailer and Cannington café
- Has flexible weekday and weekend availability
- Brings a positive attitude and is looking for consistent hours
Barista or customer service experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person. More than anything, we’re looking for someone reliable, eager to learn and excited to become part of Canter Coffee.
Approximately 30 hours/week with the opportunity for additional hours as needed.
