- Maintain building finish and furniture, fixtures and equipment schedules and coordinate selections and approvals.

- Highly organized,
proactive and able to operate independently with the confidence to drive follow-up and hold project stakeholders accountable to commitments.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and finishes.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred but not required.
This role is based in our Burlington office 3–4 days per week, with regular travel to project sites approximately 1–2 times per week.
Why Join Us
This isn't a role where you'll be limited to tracking paperwork or supporting one piece of a project. You'll have the opportunity to work across development, construction, design, procurement and project delivery, partnering directly with internal leaders and external project teams.
As our portfolio and Development & Construction team continue to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. For the right person, this role offers a natural path toward increased project ownership and Project Management responsibility.
