Job Summary:
We are a boutique law firm and we are expanding again. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawyer to practice Family Law with our legal team. As a Family Law Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing family law legal advice and representation to clients, handling various legal matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- Prepare legal briefs, opinions, and other written documents
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and options
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school




- Admitted to practice law in Ontario and in ngood standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Proven experience in legal drafting, research, writing, negotiation, and litigation
- Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw, DivorceMate and Cosmolex
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,215.86-$168,814.05 per year
