Dolphin Cleaners is looking for a reliable and organized Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily store operations while assisting with customer service and production tasks.

Schedule

- 4 days on / 4 days off rotation
- Weekday hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekend hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- A 5th half-day shift may be added to ensure full-time hours.

Job Responsibilities

- Front counter customer service
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers
- Sorting and organizing garments
- Packing completed orders
- Loading and operating washers and dryers
- Folding and preparing linen orders
- Assisting with daily store operations

Requirements

- Strong organizational skills
- Positive communication and customer service skills




- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move laundry bags when needed
- Reliable and punctual

Pay Structure

- $16.00/hour starting wage
- $17.00/hour after 1–3 months
- $18.00/hour after 6 months
- $19.00/hour after 1 year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
