Progressive Auto Repair is expanding and looking for our next great technician. Who We're Looking For

- 2nd year or higher registered apprentices with solid hands-on experience and demonstrated talent, or Red Seal certified technicians




- Strong diagnostic instincts and ownership of your work
- Meticulous work quality and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a genuine thirst for knowledge
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, and eager to keep learning from the team around you

Requirements

Required:

- Valid BC driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional toolset
- Minimum 2nd year registered apprentice status (or Red Seal certified)
- Strong diagnostic problem-solving mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:

- Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification
- German vehicle experience (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen)
- Government Inspector certification
- Additional manufacturer certifications
