Responsibilities
- Has experience with manicure & pedicure
- Is skilled in Gel/Shellac, Gel-X, Builder Gel and/or Acrylic
- Can perform clean, detailed nail art
- Is friendly, reliable and professional
- Takes pride in their work and client experience
- Has a positive attitude and works well with a team
- Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products and other beauty items that complement services offered
- Proficiency in various nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, acrylics, and nail art
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols to prevent infections and ensure a clean work environment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine interest in client satisfaction
- Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Basic retail sales skills to promote products that support overall client wellness and beauty goals
