- Utilize CRM tools such to track and manage lead information efficiently
- Engage with potential clients through door to door communication, calls, emails, demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and optimize lead generation tactics
- Conduct research on target markets and industries to identify new opportunities
- Assist in developing strategies for business development and customer acquisition
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel

Qualifications

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales,



or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, marketing strategies, and technology sales
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
