Overview
We are seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy to children and individuals with special needs. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those you work with.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized therapy programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Experience
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric care practices
- Familiarity with special education principles
- Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to manage cases effectively
- Proficiency in data collection methods
- Previous experience in a hospital or research setting is a plus

Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
