Duties
- Perform laser hair removal treatments using state-of-the-art equipment, adhering strictly to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess skin type, hair growth patterns, and treatment expectations
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to maximize results and ensure safety
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress,
and any adverse reactions or concerns
Qualifications
- Proven experience in laser hair removal or related aesthetic treatments preferred; certification from an accredited program required
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, laser technology, and safety procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client trust
- Ability to perform body waxing or other body treatments is a plus but not mandatory
- Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a sterile treatment setting
- Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
