GEOACQ Inc. is seeking an adaptable early-career skilled to support field operations, project coordination and project administration across construction, infrastructure, facilities and other operational environments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working both in the field and with project information. The successful candidate will support project teams by observing activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating information, communicating with stakeholders and assisting with project documentation and reporting.

The position is suited to someone who is curious, organized, professionally confident and capable of learning quickly.

Key Responsibilities

● Attend assigned project and operational locations.

● Support field coordination and project documentation.

● Observe and record project activities, progress and site conditions.

● Maintain organized photographic, video and written project records.

● Assist with project reports, action tracking, document control and administrative coordination.

● Review project drawings and documentation as required.

● Communicate professionally with contractors, consultants, vendors, clients and other stakeholders.

● Identify matters requiring follow-up and escalate them appropriately.

● Support multiple project locations where required.

● Assist with digital documentation, presentations and other project-support activities.

● Use approved software and digital tools to support project delivery.

● Perform other related project and operational-support responsibilities within the scope of the position.

Qualifications

》A completed post-secondary diploma, degree, apprenticeship or comparable credential is required.





》Relevant fields may include construction, engineering technology, facilities management, project management, building sciences, business, operations, transportation, aviation, skilled trades or a related discipline.

》Approximately 1–3 years of relevant professional, co-op, internship, technical, project or field experience is preferred. Candidates with less experience may be considered where they demonstrate strong judgment, communication skills and learning ability.

Candidates should demonstrate:

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional judgment and reliability.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfort working in active project and field environments.
- Basic ability to read or learn construction and technical drawings.
- Strong general computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Familiarity with photography and video documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications.
- Ability and willingness to learn new digital tools.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation where required for project travel.

Experience with project coordination, construction, facilities, document management, photography/video, project software or digital-content tools is considered an asset.

Work Environment





This is a field-oriented position and is not permanently assigned to one location.

》Project schedules may vary depending on operational requirements. Employees may be scheduled at different times within an approximate 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. project operating window.

》Some assignments may involve outdoor work, extended periods of standing or walking, active construction environments and travel between project locations.

GEOACQ Inc. Operational Intelligence

Pay: $25.50-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
