About the Role

Role provides a range of confidential administrative,



operations and project support for the Faculty of Education, Office of the Dean. The role coordinates administrative activities and processes related to academic personnel processes and works in consultation with the supervisor to provide policy and procedural information and advice to the Dean, Associate Deans, and the Chair, Tenure and Promotion Committee. The Executive Coordinator provides project support.

The ideal candidate holds experience and knowledge in post-secondary academic and administrative policies, procedures and services. They are able to recommend and implement policies and procedures for services and operation of the office. They have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), a proactive and organized planner, able to manage their time. Problem solving skills, project coordination and planning skills.
