The Perennial Gardener is a family owned and operated company that specializes in garden improvement and maintenance. We do what the lawn guys don't. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with an interest in flowers and plants, and a knowledge of the Ontario garden climate. We need help to maintain the properties of our long term clients. This is an outdoor job, where you will have the benefit of beautifying the flower beds of the GTA one visit at a time all while getting plenty of exercise and fresh air.

Your Responsibilities:





- Weeding
- Planting / Splitting perennials
- Mulching
- Trimming shrubs
- Garden edging
- Leaf blowing
- Able to effectively communicate with clients and team members in English

You bring:

- Plant identification
- Weed identification
- Time Management
- Class G Driver’s licence
- Ability to Learn new skills and techniques
- Previous gardening experience preferred (professional or Avid home gardener)

The application window for this job will be 2 weeks and will close on Sunday the 21st after which time candidates will be evaluated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- professional garden management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
