We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Mandarin Speaking Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our vibrant banking team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and trusted voice for our Mandarin-speaking clients, providing exceptional service while managing daily banking transactions. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly in Mandarin, delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
- Process a variety of banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and payments.
- Handle cash management tasks with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at the end of each shift.
- Promote and upsell bank products and services tailored to customer needs, such as savings accounts, loans, or credit cards.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear information about banking procedures.
- Maintain compliance with security policies and procedures during all transactions to prevent fraud or theft.




- Support team efforts by participating in branch sales initiatives and contributing to a welcoming workplace for all clients.

Qualifications

- Fluency in Mandarin is required; proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication within the team.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales within a financial services setting is highly desirable.
- Strong math skills with attention to detail for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of banking products, cash management, cashiering procedures, and financial services is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle sensitive customer information discreetly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
