Freya Nordic Baking is a sourdough Nordic bakery with a passion for croissants, laminated pastries, and carefully crafted baked goods. We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic team members who take pride in their work and are eager to learn.

We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants. Experience with laminated pastries is an asset but not essential—we welcome applicants who are eager to build on their skills and grow with our team. Previous experience in a skilled kitchen or bakery is required.

What you’ll do

- Bake croissants and other pastries during early morning production.
- Prepare fillings, fill and decorate pastries, and finish products with care and attention to detail.
- Mix a variety of doughs for our pastry range.
- Laminate dough and roll, shape, and prepare croissants, roulés, danishes, and other Nordic pastries.
- Follow recipes and production schedules, maintain consistent quality, and keep your workspace clean and organized.

What we’re looking for

- Availability for shifts starting at 4:00 a.m. and the ability to arrive reliably at that time.
- Weekend availability,

- Reliability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well with others during busy production periods.

Experience working with laminated dough is welcome, but your attitude, commitment, and interest in the craft are just as important.
