The Cloverdale Reporter is hiring a full-time Multimedia Sales Representative who enjoys finding solutions, thrives on helping businesses succeed, and is motivated by results.

The successful candidate will take over an active account list after training is complete.

Responsibilities and competancies include:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers

- Prospect and generate new business leads
- Present growth strategies to customers and prospects using a full suite of tactics including digital, print and social media.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust digital literacy
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Minimum two years experience in sales or a related field.
- A valid driver license and vehicle in good working order is required.

- Base salary of $37,500 per year, plus commission and benefits plan
- Current annual commission prospect is approximately $25,000, based on sales performance and the applicable commission plan.
