Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales initiatives, retail sales environments, and telemarketing campaigns to identify their insurance needs.
- Provide clear, detailed information about various insurance products, including coverage options and benefits, ensuring clients understand their choices thoroughly.
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Conduct analysis of client requirements to recommend suitable insurance solutions that align with their financial goals.
- Assist in sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and managing follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones through effective outreach efforts.
- Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills
- MUST HAVE GENERAL LEVEL 1 TO APPLY AND CONSIDERATION FOR THIS POSITION. Having a level 2 license or HLLQP with experience is an asset
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Bilingual proficiency in English or one or more other other languages to serve diverse customer populations effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex insurance concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving client inquiries and concerns.
- Knowledge of insurance sales processes, marketing techniques, and sales administration practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
