Crew Member (Kitchen + Counter) — Burger Crush, Victoria

Our Victoria shop is small and tight-knit, so everyone learns to do a bit of everything, moving between the kitchen and the counter as the day needs. Maybe you're a counter person keen to learn the kitchen, a kitchen person longing to work with guests, or already comfortable with both. If you're eager to learn, we're eager to teach.
What you'll do: greet guests warmly, take orders on our POS, handle cash, prep and cook to our standards, keep your station spotless, and jump in wherever your teammates need a hand. You will open the restaurant, prep sauces/beef patties/produce for the day and support the evening team with hands on support.
What we're looking for:
at least one year of food handling or customer service experience, and a real willingness to learn the rest. We hire for attitude and train for skill. You take pride in your work, stay calm and friendly when it's busy, and believe work should be enjoyable. You have adaptable availability with a mix of daytime, evenings and weekends. We can work around your schedule.
