Job Summary

We are hiring licensed hair stylists who want to be paid for what they produce. This is a commission-based role in a busy, established First Choice Haircutters location with steady walk-in traffic, so you can build your book from day one instead of starting from zero.

If you have an existing clientele, we welcome it. If you are building one, our walk-in volume gives you the traffic to do it fast.

What You Will Do

- Provide haircuts, styling, colour, highlights, and treatments for men, women, and children
- Deliver the First Choice Haircutters service menu to brand standards
- Consult with clients, recommend services, and build repeat visits
- Recommend and sell retail products
- Keep your station clean, sanitized, and organized
- Support a positive, team-first salon environment

What We Are Looking For

- Ontario hairstylist certification (Certificate of Qualification) or equivalent recognized credential
- Minimum 1 year of salon experience
- Strong cutting skills across all hair types and ages
- Comfortable with a fast-paced walk-in environment
- Friendly, reliable, and professional
- Existing clientele is an asset but not required

Compensation and Benefits

- Tiered commission on all services performed: 30% base,



rising to 35% and 40% as your weekly sales grow, paid every pay period
