We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Medical Receptionist who is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin to join our healthcare team Tuesday to Friday. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will provide friendly and professional front desk support, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, processing paperwork, and handling administrative tasks. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail will help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Process insurance claims and assist with insurance-related matters
- Manage patient files, documents, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Provide general administrative support to the clinic team

Qualifications





- Previous medical or healthcare clinic reception experience is an asset
- Must be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Friendly, professional, and patient-oriented
- Responsible and organized
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Proficient in computer use and office software
- Experience with insurance claims or direct billing is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
