What you’ll do: create a 5‑star patient journey from greeting to goodbye, anticipate the doctor’s needs, maintain impeccable room turnover and instrument sterilization, and help keep the day moving with grace and efficiency. You’ll support charting, radiographs, impressions, and treatment setup with confidence. You’ll also contribute ideas to improve systems and celebrate wins together.

Must‑haves:



current certifications required for chairside assisting in BC, competence with infection control and sterilization protocols, strong communication, reliability, and a team‑first mindset.

Nice‑to‑haves: experience with pediatric or family dentistry, comfort supporting myofunctional or airway‑focused care, digital workflow familiarity.
